    How to Use – 4 Simple Steps

    1️⃣ Against Sitting

    Sit upright with your back straight and feet flat, place the Thigh Master between your inner thighs above the knees, squeeze and hold for 3–5 seconds, then release and repeat 15–20 times for 2–3 sets daily.

    3️⃣ Lie on the back

    Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, place the Thigh Master between your inner thighs, squeeze and hold for 3–5 seconds, then slowly release and repeat 15–20 times for 2–3 sets daily.

    2️⃣ Lie on the side

    Use the Thigh Master Hip Trainer while sitting or lying on your side to strengthen your pelvic floor, tone inner thighs and hips, and enhance postpartum recovery.

    4️⃣ Stand and hold on

    Stand upright while holding onto a stable surface, place the Thigh Master between your inner thighs, squeeze and hold for 3–5 seconds, then release and repeat 15–20 times for 2–3 sets daily.
